On June 15, the 2024 Graduation Ceremony of KOTO Vocational Training School took place at Ho Guom Theater, 40 Hang Bai Street, Hanoi, with the theme EnPossible – Making the Impossible Possible.

Marking 25 years of imparting positive and sustainable values to the community and empowering at-risk youth, the 25th Anniversary Celebration of KOTO coincided with the graduation ceremony for students of classes 39, and 40, and the Her Turn Women’s Economic Empowerment Project cohorts 7 and 8. The ceremony was filled with emotion as disadvantaged youth found a home and realized their right to dream and achieve their dreams.
