On December 16, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the high-level plenary session of the Vietnam Economic Forum 2025 – Outlook for 2026, under the theme “Vietnam’s economy: fast and sustainable growth, green transition in the digital era.”

In his speech, the Prime Minister emphasized that the “dual transition: green transition and digital transformation” is a strategic choice and top priority. It is both the foundation and the driving force for fast and sustainable growth. The Government continues to uphold the principle: the Party leads – the State creates – businesses take the lead – public and private sectors work together, with the spirit of “focus on action, no turning back” in the coming period.
