On the evening of April 6, 2025, at the Đinh Tiên Hoàng Emperor Square, brilliant lights blended with the sound of ceremonial drums in the sacred atmosphere. The Luo Flower Festival 2025 was officially opened, marking the beginning of a journey back to the roots, where the glorious spirit of the ancient capital came alive in every moment.

Traditional rituals were solemnly recreated: processions, offerings, graceful folk dances, competitions, and traditional games, all contributing to a vibrant cultural picture.
