On July 3, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, OBC Holdings officially launched its brand with the mission “The Jade Pioneer” – creating high-class and sustainable living spaces as Vietnam’s real estate market enters a strong new phase.

At the event, OBC introduced A&K Tower – a high-rise apartment complex in An Phu (Ho Chi Minh City), planned to launch in Quarter III of 2025. This marked the first step in a series of five projects that OBC will develop in Binh Duong and nearby cities over the next five years.
