On the afternoon of March 15, 2025, with the support of the Kyrgyz government, the Ground-breaking Ceremony of the Royal Central Park mega project was officially held in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic. The event was honored by the presence of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic – Mr. Sadyr Nurgozhoevich Japarov.

The Ground-breaking Ceremony of the Royal Central Park project marks the beginning of the largest real estate mega project in Kyrgyzstan, with a total estimated investment ranging from USD 2.5 to 3.5 billion (equivalent to 220–310 billion som). The project is expected to boost urban infrastructure development, attract foreign investment, and help transform Bishkek into a new economic and financial hub, on par with other countries in the Central Asian region.

Located on a 53.5-hectare site in the heart of Bishkek, Royal Central Park will introduce a world-class urban complex featuring a 55-storey commercial and office tower – the tallest in Kyrgyzstan. The development includes over 23,000 premium apartments with sweeping views of a central park spanning more than 10 hectares and the city’s largest landscaped lake. Residents will enjoy exceptional amenities, including a 45,000m² shopping mall, international-standard schools and hospitals, setting a new benchmark for modern urban living in Bishkek.

The event also marks a new milestone for Nguyễn Lê in its journey to expand into the international event management market, serving as a bridge for multinational organizations and enterprises.
