On the evening of March 5, 2026, at the Vietnam–Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace (Hanoi), the art program “The Russian Soul in Vietnam”, organized by the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam in collaboration with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, took place in a solemn and emotional atmosphere.

The program delivered powerful musical experiences through three highlights: opening with a performance by the Police Mobile Command Wind Orchestra, followed by famous Russian pieces performed by the Symphony Orchestra of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, and closing with Vietnamese cultural performances along with an artistic exchange between artists from both countries.

Nguyen Le was honored to be the production unit for the stage and LED screen system installation for this event.
