The ceremony celebrating the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba marked a meaningful milestone, honoring a special relationship built during the years of struggle for independence and nurtured by President Ho Chi Minh and Leader Fidel Castro.

At the event, speeches from leaders of both countries once again affirmed the deep and lasting solidarity between Vietnam and Cuba, reflecting President Ho Chi Minh’s famous words: “Vietnam and Cuba are thousands of miles apart, but the hearts of our people are as close as brothers.”
