On March 20, 2026, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (under the Ministry of Finance) organized the 2026 Stock Market Development Conference under the theme “Developing the Stock Market for Economic Growth.” The event marked a new phase of development for Vietnam’s stock market, characterized by stronger reforms, expanded market scale, and enhanced quality standards.

During the conference, the Organizing Committee reaffirmed its commitment to further improving the legal framework, enhancing information transparency, and strengthening investor protection. These efforts aim to position the stock market as an efficient capital mobilization channel that supports sustainable economic growth.
