On the evening of February 3, 2026, at Ho Guom Theater, the ceremony honoring 96 outstanding grassroots Party secretaries nationwide and presenting the 10th National Press Awards on Party Building – Golden Hammer & Sickle Awards was solemnly held, marking the 96th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The ceremony was honored by the presence of General Secretary To Lam, along with current and former leaders of the Party, State, and central and local authorities. The 96 honored Party secretaries represent dedication and responsibility, contributing to a clean and strong Party.

The program also recognized outstanding journalism works, helping to widely spread the values and spirit of Party building in the new era.
