On December 21, 2021, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and Mitsubishi Corporation (Japan) signed a memorandum of comprehensive cooperation in three areas: Urban Development & Real Estate Business, Urban Management Smart Marketing & Digital Transformation and Energy Transformation. The cooperation will bring to the real estate market in Vietnam world-class megacities meeting international standards.

Realizing the first step of cooperation, Vinhomes and Mitsubishi Corporation will jointly develop The Origami and The Miyako projects in the Vinhomes Grand Park, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City and a project located in Vinhomes Ocean Park, Hanoi.
