“Spring Singing Offering” is a special art program to celebrate the 130th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2020.
Held at the Hanoi Opera House on the evening of May 17, with the presence of famous artists of many generations, with elaborate performances, the program is a meaningful gift that Many generations of people who followed in May days still gathered with one heart to pay homage to Uncle Ho, the old Father of the nation. The program is chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with the Central Propaganda Department and Vietnam Television.
